Overview: Skulduggery is on the menu after a bishop hands over a cathedral’s rebuilding fund to a shady businessman. The bishop’s secretary is entrusted with overseeing the investment, but is soon out of his depth as the money is swept up in a brandy and silk underwear smuggling racket.
