Overview: Effat leads a gang in the port that smuggles spoiled food and drugs, relying on higher authorities to protect him. He confronts one of his associates, the simple customs employee Hamdi, who refused the bribe. Hamdi is framed for a charge and sentenced to prison. Hamdi is released from prison and thinks about taking revenge for himself.
