El Indio

Overview: Based on Francisco V. Coching's adventure comics novel, the film tells the story of Fernando (Cesar Ramirez), a handsome and dashing Spanish mestizo who goes back to the Philippines to exact revenge on his father whom he believed abandoned him and his mother Blanquita. There, he discovers the cruel and oppressive colonial government and joins the rebels in the fight against the oppressors as El Indio.
