Overview: Bill Starbuck revives lost hopes in people. He comes to them in times of drought and sells the rain, that is, the promise to bring rain. He sets one condition - you have to believe in a miracle. Bill makes Lizzie, the farmer's daughter, believe that she is worthy of love. It really started to rain, and Lizzie's beloved man reciprocated her feelings.
