Overview: This searing drama from director Caroline Kamya follows three Ugandans as they struggle through the violence and corruption of their society, including the story of a maid (Rehema Nanfuka) forced to bribe crooked cops in order to free her sister. Other threads include a hip-hop dancer (Philip Buyi Roy) who tangles with an underworld crime lord and a former child soldier (Stephen Ocen) who journeys home to his war-torn village.
