Overview: Blackie Ko is framed for murder and rape by a corrupt mayor who wants to protect his wayward son, who was the real culprit of the crime. Enter undercover cop Tong Lung, who discovers the truth about the frame up. He, then frees Blackie and together they wage war on the mayor and his army of fighters.
