Overview: A condensed version of Mutation 2: Generation Dead and Mutation 3: Century of the Dead, Mutation Annihilation follows the remaining survivors of a plague-infested Germany as they fight for survival against the mutated humans they once called their kin. As the plague spreads, turning more and more into monsters, a band of warriors emerge to stop the madness once and for all.
