TurboFire: Fire Starter

Overview: The Fire Starter Class will help ease you into the moves that you are about to perform during the HIIT workouts. In this session, Chalene will break down each move and perform it at a slower rate so you can clearly see how to do it and do not feel overwhelmed when the workouts speed up.
