Overview: A propaganda film for diphtheria vaccination. The German armies brought a new and more dangerous form of diphtheria beyond the countries, and the refugees carried it on to war-torn Europe. It affects all age classes. Here too the country, and mortality is great. The Norwegian Serum Institute is in charge of vaccination.
