Overview: It's 1970 and "blue movies" are starting to be shot in Los Angeles's San Fernando Valley at the alarming rate of at least a dozen a year. Straight-laced cops Sgt. Joe Thursday and Detective Bill Blannon dress in drag to infiltrate a house suspected of being a hot spot of porn activity.
