Overview: "Lunatics" narrates the experiences of different characters who live in the cities of Buenos Aires, Mexico and Montevideo. Their stories intersect. The madness of the globalized world and the local reality, of each one of them, is affected just at the moment in which the North American president begins to send posts on social networks, eliminating all trade with China.
