Martin Carthy and Friends

Overview: Recorded at Islington's Union Chapel, this concert brings together English folk legend Martin Carthy and some of his most important collaborators - including wife Norma and daughter Eliza, known collectively as Waterson-Carthy. Fiddling partner Dave Swarbrick, who joined Fairport Convention in the late 1960s, also features, as does extraordinary brass band Brass Monkey.
