Mungo's buddies pitch in to help Mungo win, but in the end it is Dixie who has the final say, and she wants Mungo - win or lose!

However, she doesn't mind at all that he is a simple alley cat and not the wealthy son she had thought.

However, Heathcliff quickly learns that he is no match for Spike's mother.
