Pilot (Part 1)

Episode number: 1

Overview: Sue Thomas is a Deaf woman with the ability to read lips. She moves to Washington, D.C. to begin her new job as an FBI agent and discovers that her new job is not all it's cracked up to be. Due to an out-of-date directory, she accidentally vents her disappointment to Special Agent Jack Hudson, who is impressed by her honesty and tests her skills by having her read a colleague's lips, discovering he is planning a weekend away with a woman. Jack asks Sue to join his Unit of Special Investigators, where she discovers that her new friend Lucy is the girlfriend of Myles, the man Sue saw earlier planning a trip with a different woman.

Pilot (Part 2)

Episode number: 2

Overview: Sue is put in the uncomfortable position of knowing that her new colleague Myles is having an affair behind his girlfriend Lucy's back while also trying to prove that, now that Jack has given her the chance of a lifetime, she has what it takes to follow through.

Bombs Away

Episode number: 3

Overview: When Sue becomes an official member of the team, Jack trains her, and he has a perfect case for her: a bomb threat against a former FBI agent.

Assassins

Episode number: 4

Overview: While trying to protect an Afghan leader, the team loses their primary assassin. But when they think that all hope is lost, another possible assassin is tracked down and put under surveillance, giving the team interesting results.

A Snitch in Time

Episode number: 5

Overview: After Jack and Bobby arrest a drug dealer they, along with Sue, interrogate him in order to capture other drug dealers in the trade. Meanwhile, the rest of the team is focused on the brand-new offices on the fifth floor.

The Signing

Episode number: 6

Overview: Having been handed a case about an infamous convict, the team tries to get closer to the convict through his partner, who is deaf.

A Blast from the Past

Episode number: 7

Overview: Dimitrius gets a less than pleasant surprise when a man he had thrown in prison twelve years ago begins to spy on him and his family. Meanwhile, Lucy battles with a doctor who claims that her car dented the passenger door on his car.

Silent Night

Episode number: 8

Overview: In the middle of the Christmas season, a mysterious Santa was robbing banks with a few helpers. Bobby tries to present a good image to the press but a determined reporter is eager to attack the FBI. Sue's relationship with her mother comes to a head when her parents stay over.

Greed

Episode number: 9

Overview: A friend of Lucy's makes the team suspicious when a rumor begins to circulate that the large company that she works for might be going under. After work, the team heads to the football field, hoping to retain control of the infamous trophy.

Diplomatic Immunity

Episode number: 10

Overview: After Bobby tries to protect a woman from an attacker, he is suspended from the FBI when the man turns out to be a Sudanese diplomat with immunity from US law enforcement. When the man is connected to a slave trade market, Darcy gets into some trouble of her own after she tells the public about the story.

Dirty Bomb

Episode number: 11

Overview: The team races against time to find a crate of strontium which they believe will be used to make a dirty bomb. Lucy fears for her family when they are coming to her sister's wedding.

The Heist

Episode number: 12

Overview: Drivers of two security trucks that were carrying money, go missing while on duty. While the team searches for them, Sue helps Lucy improve her sign language when the two go to a deaf club, where talking is not allowed.

The Leak

Episode number: 13

Overview: When an unsuccessful raid by the FBI coincides with the disappearance of one of Sue's informants, the team believes that terrorists were the source of the leak. Eventually, it turns out that an aide to the Senator from Jack's hometown of Wisconsin was behind it.

Missing

Episode number: 14

Overview: The team's favorite waitress seems to be involved in software piracy and has been using Tara's business card in the process. Myles is then being considered a candidate for the new face of the FBI.

Prodigal Father

Episode number: 15

Overview: Trying to catch a long-awaited criminal, the team uses a jail-bound con man to capture him. The informant turns out to be Bobby's father, and Bobby is unhappy.

He Said She Said

Episode number: 16

Overview: Sue goes on an FBI and DEA task force. Has love hit Levi and Sue? Charlie and Troy try to fix something at Lucy and Sue's apartment.

The Hunter

Episode number: 17

Overview: Sue meets Logan Taylor who says her dad helped catch the hunter Jerome Soggins in the 80's and tells Lucy, Sue and Charlie (who asked Sue for help in solving the case) that her dad told her that the wrong man was convicted. Jack has to give a deposition to clear his name of killing the chicken. Myles & Sue talk to Jerome who was convicted of two murders and had hoped Ben Taylor would clear his name and request a DNA sample and hope to match Jerome's DNA with the old evidence. Sue Myles look for cab drivers picture with an ""X"" drawn through the picture. Darcy tells Sue Myles and Bobby that the hunter wrote to a reporter but the letters were sold to someone. Logan learns that her dad did love her by keeping letters and pictures. Tim reads Darcy's article on the hunter case which leads him to think his dad is the hunter and says his dad was violent man and would recall seeing his dad clean himself up. Sue & Myles talk with Kenneth who admits to killing some of the cab drivers but not the

The Fugitive

Episode number: 18

Overview: Sue is asked by someone from high school to attend her wedding, One problem Sue's friend made fun of her. Sue and the gang have to find 5 prisoners that escaped after a prison van and semi truck crashed. As the gang looks for Jed they find that Wendy Stack testified against him because of abuse to wonder why she would visit him after the trial. The team finds out that evil Jed passed through a choke point to keep from finding the diamonds. As the wedding date for Sue's friend draws near Sue doesn't want to have old feelings of how she was treated to come back. Jack tries to cut a deal with someone to find Jed. Sue learns that David can't go to the wedding to attend a flower show. Sue is picked on at the weeding by someone who thinks Levi is a seeing eye dog after Sue explains Levi is a hearing dog. The football player finds out after visiting Sue that he should have stopped people from picking on her and the growing up can be hard to do.

Billy the Kid

Episode number: 19

Overview: Lucy gets worried about a man who has fallen in love with her mom, Jack's mentor is shot which leads Jack to wonder if the discovery about the drug labs had anything to do with the death of his mentor.
