Meanwhile, Madison helps pro hockey player Sheldon Souray, sell his multi-million-dollar off-season party pad. Both Josh Altman and Madison converge at a brokers open for Josh Flagg's 14-million-dollar listing and its obvious there is unfinished business between the three of them.

Overview: Josh Altman and Josh Flagg come head to head when Altman makes an insulting lowball offer on Flagg’s listing.
