Overview: Singles continue to be in control when they each couple up to complete a three-legged champagne tower building race in the Princess Piazza; at the most dramatic Sail Away ceremony of the season, someone jumps ship and someone is left abandoned.

Oil Me Up

Overview: The final five couples come to a gorgeous Italian olive grove, where they must transfer as much olive oil as they can to fill a glass bottle using only their bodies.
