Overview: A smoker makes sparks fly at 37,000ft, angry at not being allowed to light up, but chief steward BJ is too busy rummaging among the rubbish in search of a missing dental brace to notice. Meanwhile, back on the ground, trainees Aaron and Jason vie for a date with glamorous instructor Tracey, and a couple miss their flight.

Jane Boulton tackles an angry passenger called Mr Cross, and purser Jayny Stock is reunited with her beloved dog Bluey, while a fire alarm ruins check-in assistant Stephen Elwood's last day with easyJet.

A woman taking part in a radio competition convinces the London office to allow her to fly to Barcelona for free, and a Greek couple arrive a day late for their flight.
