Overview: The first of a four-part series following a community mental-health nurse visiting her patients (service users in today's jargon) in their homes. We see their sometimes sad, mostly funny and often bewildering interaction with the nurse as she comes to assess their progress, ensure they are taking the correct medication and offer comfort and support.
