Overview: The queens book a big cosmetics gig, selling RuPaul's new makeup line. With guest judges Leah Remini (The King of Queens) and Lainie Kazan (My Big Fat Greek Wedding).

Drag Queens of Comedy

Overview: The queens must write and perform a stand-up comedy routine in front of a live audience. With guest judges Jaime Pressly (My Name Is Earl) and comedy writer Bruce Vilanch.
